In addition to traditional tax preparation and consulting services, we devote substantial resources to ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109/FIN 48) and international tax. The practice also provides strategic forensic accounting and litigation support services.

Currently, our clients include individuals, partnerships and corporations in the financial services industry operating or investing in private equity and hedge funds. Our international tax services assist clients with tax issues related to operating, trading and investing in foreign countries.
